What is the Tamimi Rewards Program?

Tamimi Rewards Program by Tamimi Markets is a customer appreciation program and our way of saying “Thank you” for shopping with us. As a member of this program, it entitles our customers to earn points for almost every Dinar spent in Tamimi Market stores. Membership also entitles you to exclusive benefits such as double points on selective items, special discounts and selected products for members only. Points can be redeemed through the Tamimi Markets Mobile App (available for iOS & Android) or the Online Customer Portal. Redeemed points are credited into your digital wallet and can be used to spend for shopping simply by presenting your Tamimi Rewards card at the cashier.

How do I Sign up to the Tamimi Rewards Program?

Pick up a Tamimi Rewards Card from any Tamimi Store (ask the cashier or the customer service desk) and start collecting points right away by presenting your card at the cashpoint every time you shop at Tamimi Market stores.
You should then register your Tamimi Rewards Card to your Personal Rewards Account. You can do this either through the Online Customer Portal on the website or through the Tamimi Markets Mobile App (available for iOS & Android). By registering you can redeem or donate points and benefit fully from the Rewards Program.

Simply follow these easy steps:

1- Receive your loyalty card from our friendly cashier.

2- Register Online at www.tamimimarkets.com or download the app

3- Enter short code on under the QR code

How do I manage my Personal Rewards Account ?

If this is the first time using the Online Customer Portal or the Mobile App (available for iOS & Android) you simply have to enter your mobile phone number and you receive a pin number to validate it. Your mobile number becomes your login name and you will be asked to set a password.

You should then proceed to register your Tamimi Rewards Card by entering the short code of found on back side of your Tamimi Rewards Card; beneath the “QR” code.

Once your Personal Rewards Account is linked to your Tamimi Rewards Card, you will have access to your Online Account where you can view the following:
-Current Card Points Balance
-Available redemption amounts
-Previous transactions history
-Digital Card Barcode
-Earned Promos
-Redeem or Donate points

What if I forgot my Loyalty Account password?

If you forgot your password to access to your Personal Rewards Account you can reset your password from the login page on the Online Customer Portal or Tamimi Markets Mobile App. If resetting your password from the Mobile App, a password reset link will be sent by SMS to the registered number which will allow you to create a new password, if resetting your password from the Online Customer Portal, the form will request a verification code that will be sent by SMS to the registered number.

How can I access my Digital Rewards Card?

A digital version of your Tamimi Rewards Card becomes available in the Tamimi Mobile App as soon as you fully register your Personal Rewards Account and link it to your Tamimi Rewards Card. Once you do that, a Digital Rewards Card will always be available in the Tamimi Mobile App that can be used at the checkout to scan and earn points or pay using redeemed points.

What happens if I lose my Tamimi Rewards Card?

If you are a registered user, losing your card does not mean you have lost your rewards! You can use your registered mobile phone number or the Digital Rewards Card in the Tamimi Mobile App as a replacement of your physical card to earn points and spend rewards.
If you are not a registered user you will unfortunately need to get a new Tamimi Rewards Card and start earning points from the beginning.

How do I access my Personal Rewards Account?

Your Personal Rewards Account can be accessed through the Online Customer Portal on the Tamimi Website and through the Tamimi Mobile App.

Via The Tamimi Markets App, a registered loyalty card can be accessed with a Tamimi Rewards digital barcode that can be scanned at Tamimi Markets Stores.

What do I do if I move, change my name or any other information that I provided at the time of account creation?

You can update your personal information preferences at any time through the Online Customer Portal or the Tamimi Mobile App.
It is not possible to change Name/Surname through your Personal Rewards Account. If you made a mistake while registering and need to change that, please contact customer service.

How do I earn points in the program?

You will earn 100 points for every Dinar you spend at Tamimi Markets except promotional items, mobile recharge, data vouchers, cigarettes, gift cards, charity vouchers and selected perishable dairy items.

Are there any purchases that will be excluded from earning points?

Points can be earned on many products and services at Tamimi Markets. Points will not be earned on promotional items, mobile recharge, data vouchers, cigarettes, gift cards, charity vouchers, and dairy items.

Can members of my family use my card?

Yes, members of your family can use your card. With the Tamimi mobile app, multiple users may access the same card using the same account details (mobile phone number/password). At the moment multiple cards cannot be linked to the same account.

If I don’t have my card with me, can I still receive points for my purchase?

You can provide your mobile number to cashier to earn points at the time of your shopping.

Can I earn points for purchases made before I enrolled?

Points can be collected for purchases before enrollment however for redemption you need to register your card.

Do my points expire?

Tamimi Markets Reward Points are valid for a period of 24 months from the time being earned. Any remaining balance will be forfeited upon expiry and donated to an authorized registered charity.

Can I donate my points to an organization (for example, to a school or a charity)?

Yes you can donate your earned point to an authorized registered charity.

How can I redeem my earned points?

You can redeem your points through the Online Customer Portal or the Tamimi Mobile App. Go to the Redemption area and select the denomination that you want to redeem based on the available points you have earned.
Once points have been redeemed, the requested amount is automatically converted and visible in the Digital Wallet section. Reward Value can be applied at the cashpoint by presenting your Tamimi Rewards Cards or Digital Rewards Card within the Tamimi Mobile App to make a purchase.
